Terms & Conditions

The INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme is offered and operated by Worldwide Leisure Group (WWLG) to provide a sample of luxury timeshare accommodation to eligible participants ("Members"). Membership of the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme is governed by the following Terms and Conditions, which each Member agrees to abide by and to adhere to, and which forms the basis of the legally binding contract between WWLG Indulgence and Members.
  1. Membership of the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme is available to individuals and families only and not to corporate or commercial entities. Membership cannot commence without WWLG's receipt and acceptance of a fully completed WWLG INDULGENCE Participation Agreement ("Agreement"), which forms part of the legally binding contract between WWLG and Members in connection with membership of the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme. Membership of the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Programme is non-transferable. The WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory programme of benefits are available to Members only and who are named as such in Agreements and may not be transferred or sold to non-members.
  2. Membership of the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membcrship programme may be suspended or terminated without further obligation, or may not operate properly for Members, if Members fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any other material rule, procedure or term ofthe WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme.
  3. Only representations made in each Members Agreement or otherwise in writing by WWLG concerning the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme, or membership there of, are legally and contractually binding. WWLG is not responsible for, and shall not be bound by, representations made orally, in writing or otherwise by any other person or entity outside of WWLG.
  4. This Agreement gives to the Purchaser the benefit of the protection provided by the Resort Development Organisation Code of Practice for Resales. Accordingly the Purchaser has 14 days from the date of this agreement in which to cancel this agreement with no further obligation to himself. In the event of the Purchaser wishing to cancel the Agreement within that period he must notify the Broker to that effect within 14 days of the date of this Agreement by completing the Cancellation Procedure as shown in the box below. The deposit (where taken) will appear on the Purchasers credit card statement as Resort Fiduciary Services Limited (RFS).
  5. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties here to agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  6. Members are entitled to accommodation, which must be booked prior to the expiry date of membership of the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme. The WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme runs from date of Agreement for 1090 days.
  7. Members can book accommodation up to 9 months in advance of the date of travel, or as late as 2 days prior to departure (subject to availability). The benefits offered under the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme are subject to availability and the destinations and months of travel should be checked at the time of booking.
  8. The WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme does not include, after usage of the initial travel voucher, additional travel costs (including, without limitation, flights), insurance, car hire, or any other expenses incurred in connection with or during any holiday taken (such as utility charges for use of electricity, water and telephone)which have been booked under and pursuant to the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme.
  9. Accommodation offered under the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme is usually self-catering to sleep up to six persons. Members are provided with apartments norrnally available to timeshare owners however, WWLG reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation at certain resorts. Your apartment will be allocated at WWLG's sole and absolute discretion (and subject to availability) depending on the number of people in the Member's party up to a maximum of six persons.
  10. This programme does not entitle Members to participate in any Worldwide Timeshare Hyperrnarket referral programme.
  11. Membership is not an investment in WWLG or the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme, and does not give a Member a vested interest or prescriptive right or easement. Membership does not provide a Member with an equity, proprietary or ownership interest or any other property interests in WWLG or the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme. Memberships should not be viewed as an investment and no Member should expect to derive any economic profits from the membership.
  12. WWLG is solely responsible for the administration and operation of the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme, and will have the exclusive authority to accept Members, establish rules and regulations and control the management and affairs of and for the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme.
  13. Signature by a Member of an Agreement for membership of the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme constitutes acceptance of the foregoing Terms and Conditions, as well as acceptance of the rules and procedures set forth in the WWLG INDULGENCE Introductory Membership Programme pack.
